Parties
The Big Backyard, LLC is the perfect place to host a birthday party for children. The kids will have a fabulous time and you won’t have to clean up before or after the party.

Child guests must have a parental signature on the Release of Liability and Waiver Form and must follow all of the posted rules.

Our standard parties include:

• Use of the playground for 15 children
• Use of a party room
• 20 invitations
• A birthday party host
• Plates, napkins, utensils
• T-shirt for the birthday child
• Clean-up afterwards

Our party packages will be changing as of September 1, 2010. There will be more options including a party for 8 children or less, as well as a larger party for 16 - 24 children. Check back soon for all the details.

A maximum of two other parties may be booked at the same time as your party.

Hold your party during the week for a discounted rate. Consider booking your party after school or using early release days or school vacations. The facility will be open to the public during your party.

For standard parties, you have two options which determine the cost:

• The Backyard Birthday Bash – you provide cake, drinks, party favors, etc.

• The Backyard Birthday Blast – we do it all!

Our private parties include:

• Private use of the playground for up to 60 guests (larger groups permitted for an additional cost)
• Use of the snack counter to set up food, beverages, and cake
• 20 invitations
• A birthday party host
• Plates, napkins, utensils
• T-shirt for the birthday child
• Clean-up afterwards

Private parties are only available on weekends. For private parties there is an additional charge of $125 over the standard party prices. You will see that cost reflected in these two options:

• The Backyard Birthday Bash – you provide cake, drinks, party favors, etc.

• The Backyard Birthday Blast – we do it all!

Party Rules & Regulations

A $50 ($100 for private parties) non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of booking. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, the reservation will be released without notice. This deposit will be forfeited if the party is rescheduled or canceled within 30 days of your scheduled date.

Other parties may be booked at the same time as your party.  However, if you would like to reserve the entire playground for your child’s private party, you may do so for an additional $125 charge.  Private parties are only available on Saturday and Sunday after noon.  Private parties over 60 total guests are subject to an additional $50 charge.

Please note that the maximum capacity of our party rooms is 20 people (total number of adults & children). If you anticipate that your party may exceed this number of guests, you must book a private party in order to accommodate your needs. If you do not book a private party and your attendance exceeds 20 guests, you will be charged a $125 fee. 

You may not arrive more than 15 minutes before your party is scheduled to start.  There will be a late fee for parties that run over their scheduled time. 

Parents are responsible for their children and the children attending their party.

The balance is due on the day of the party and can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit or cash.  Checks are not accepted.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
