The Big Backyard, LLC is the perfect place to host a birthday party for children. The kids will have a fabulous time and you won’t have to clean up before or after the party.
Child guests must have a parental signature on the Release of Liability and Waiver Form and must follow all of the posted rules.
Socks Required - both children and adults are required to wear socks to enter the play area.

Basic packages include access to the playground and party room for two hours. Additional time in the playground and/or room can be purchased (see party ad-ons). A maximum of two other parties may be booked at the same time as your party unless you book a private event.
Hold your party during the week to receive a discounted rate. Weekday parties are available during any of our open play hours. Therefore the facility will be open to the public during your party. You are also welcome to book a weekday party after open play hours end; however these parties will be charged at our weekend rate.

The Petite Party room has a total capacity of 20 people - children and adults.

The Standard Party room has a total capacity of 25 people - children and adults.

Our Overnight Adventure is a great way to celebrate a birthday, hold an event for a scout group or sports team, or just bring your friends for some fun!
Explore the playground under the cover of darkness - play nighttime games in the safety of the indoors, enjoy a late night snack and don't forget your sleeping bag for "camping" under our huge play structure!
You must maintain a ratio of one adult for every six children throughout the party.
Party time is from 7 pm - 9 am.
Rate: $400 for up to 12 children; $20 for each add'l child

Party Rules & Regulations
A $50 ($100 for private parties) non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of booking and can only be applied to the original booking. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, the reservation will be released without notice. Any party cancelled or rescheduled within two weeks of the reserved date will be charged the balance in full.
Other parties may be booked at the same time as your party unless you book a private party. Private parties are not available during open play hours.
Parties are charged based on the package booked; however, if your total guest attendance exceeds the maximum capacity for the package you reserved, you will be charged the price of the corresponding party package. Once you have booked a party, you may not change the booking to a smaller package regardless of your final guest count. Infants under one are not included in the totals. Unless you have booked a private party, you cannot exceed the 24 child maximum (30 guest total). The party rooms are unable to safely accommodate more than 24 children. A $75 fine will be incurred if exceeding the maximum.
Private parties are for up to 60 guests (total number of adults and children). If you are expecting or exceed more than 60 guests, there will be an additional $50 service charge for a two hour party and a $75 charge for a three hour party. No party may exceed 100 guests.
You may not arrive more than 15 minutes before your party is scheduled to start as the room will not be ready for you nor will we have a party host available to you. There will be a late fee for parties that run over their scheduled time.
Outside food and beverages are permitted for parties. However, food and beverages must stay in the party rooms unless you have reserved a private party. No alcohol or peanut products are allowed.

The balance is due on the day of the party and can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit or cash. Personal checks are not accepted. Prices are subject to sales tax.
